Product Description
Brown Fused Alumina (A-B) is mainly produced by bauxite which smelting in an electric arc furnace at high temperatures, it is brown and featured high hardness. With equal volume of particles and strong toughness,brown fused alumina is suitable for manufacturing of resin cutting and grinding wheel, especially suitable for high-speed grinding wheel and cutting disk, which can act on cast iron, regular steel, carbon steel and nonferrous metals such as hard bronze.

Product Performance
Brown Fused Alumina is produced by the smelting of Calcined Bauxite in an electric arc furnace at temperatures greater than 2000°C
The prominent feature is the small crystal size, impact resistance, strong self sharpening, particles are spherical particles, sharp Yuanpai corundumwithhigh purity high, dense texture, bulk density, strong self sharpening, good toughness, low content of magnetic material characteristics, which are made of abrasive grinding sharp, heating rate, grinding ratio, and is attached; made of sintered abrasive has burned deep blue color, can not afford to mesh cracks, characteristics no rust, suitable for the manufacture of ceramics, resin bonded abrasives and grinding, polishing and so on.
